Why I Wrote The Great Slapping
THE MISSION:
I wrote this book to be an evangelist for the transformative value of mentorship, and to sound the alarm. Mentorship is becoming a lost art in too many organizations. This book is a wake-up slap in the face… in the best way.
THE MOMENT:
I was at a crossroads in my career. In that space of reflection, I realized how much my mentors and mentees had shaped me. I had to say thank you, and I had to share what I’d learned before the art of real mentorship slipped away.
